performing data exploration and data mining
developing and testing heuristics
creating and running analytical models
communicating results and conclusions in both written and oral presentation formats
creating business intelligence, dashboards, visualizations, and/or other advanced analytics reports
identifying unique opportunities to collect new data
designing new processes and building large, complex data sets
collaborating with database engineers and other scientists

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, OR Business
5 years related work experience
In lieu of Bachelor's degree(s) AND 5 year(s) related work experience listed above, High School/GED AND 9 year(s) related work experience
Master's Degree for Lead Strategy & Analytics Consultant
5 years related work experience
In lieu of Master's degree(s) AND 5 year(s) related work experience listed above, High School/GED AND 12 year(s) related work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience writing queries and developing data visualization tools for mining and synthesizing large datasets (e.g. Python, SQL, SAS, R, Power BI, etc.)
Demonstrated problem solving, decision making and attention to detail skills
Working knowledge of statistics, programming and predictive modeling
Previous experience working in data mining or natural language processing
Strong understanding of and ability to use programming languages (e.g. Python, SQL, SAS, R, Power BI, etc.)
Previous experience in supply chain strategy and/or analytics groups
