About this role

Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications;
Build RESTful APIs using Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js;
Model, query, and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL);
Ensure code quality through unit and integration tests;
Participate in agile rituals (using a lean approach) and architecture discussions;
Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Bachelor's degree in a related field;
Strong experience in back-end development with Java 11+ and Spring Boot (Data, Security);
Knowledge of Node.js (Express, NestJS or similar frameworks);
Experience with PostgreSQL (data modeling, complex queries, and optimization);
Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and SOLID principles;
Proficiency with Git and versioning workflows (e.g., Gitflow);
Knowledge of Docker;
Experience in the financial sector (payments, credit, investments, or regulation);
Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP);
Knowledge of CI/CD practices.
