Requirements
- Demonstrated experience and background in delivering solutions within a retail environment
- A strong set of skills that allows you to be a high performance coach and builder of capability in your people
- Passionate about retail excellence and customer experience, fostering enthusiasm amongst the team and stores to bring our vision to life
- An strong critical thinker with the ability to understand, analyze, and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and issues
- Leader of a high-performance and psychologically safe environment, actively involved in people development and my team's learning and growth
