Partner closely with internal cross-functional teams, including Acquisition, Retention, Engagement and Operations.
Bring data to life through compelling storytelling, translating complex insights into clear narratives.
Define the measurement, insights, and reporting strategy for core Walmart+ metrics and key initiatives.
Build scalable data foundations and consumption tools by transforming complex data into automated pipelines and reusable assets.
Design intuitive dashboards and reporting experiences that go beyond descriptive metrics.
Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders, translating complex performance data into simple narratives.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
1 year's supervisory experience.
