You will join the Toulouse Audit team, made up of around ten people, working with clients of all sizes (SMEs – mid-caps – international entities – public-sector organizations) and across all sectors (manufacturing, service providers, chambers of commerce, associations, social housing providers, clinics, hospitals, mutual insurance organizations, etc.).
On arrival, you will receive training in the EXCO methodology and in the main tools (Caseware, Datasnipper, Copilot, etc.) to enable you to quickly gain autonomy and take on responsibility.
You will work on statutory audit engagements that add significant value, reporting directly to Managers and Partners depending on the size and complexity of the assignment.
You will be fully involved in: analyzing clients’ processes and internal control; identifying and evaluating key controls; preparing risk maps and defining appropriate audit procedures.
You will also play a central role in managing engagements: technical supervision of the assigned team, training team members, coordinating specialized contributors (IT, legal, etc.) involved in assignments, ensuring timelines and budgets are met, and actively participating in client relations and file follow-up. You will take the lead on several engagements and manage part of the team in their day-to-day tasks in a supportive manner, while following a progressive career path within the firm.
