Senior Manager, FP&A Capital Management

Role Overview

• Lead execution of the annual Capital Budget and Annual Business Plan (ABP) process.
• Develop capital scenarios and analytical frameworks to support investment trade‑offs and funding decisions.
• Deliver clear, concise, and insight‑driven analysis to the Senior Director to facilitate informed capital allocation decisions and executive discussions.
• Own execution of quarterly capital forecast updates and lead preparation of CAPEX reporting.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for capital governance execution and prepare standardized reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in capital management, FP&A, or corporate finance within a large, complex organization.
• Proven experience supporting multi‑billion‑dollar portfolios and complex consolidations.
• Advanced analytical and synthesis skills with demonstrated ability to influence decision‑making through insight.
• Strong executive communication skills and comfort operating in senior leadership forums.
