Promote Columbia Management products through inbound calls to brokers/producers and wholesalers
Provide continuous inbound marketing support, sales assistance, and follow-up
Maintain and expand existing fund business with current producers
Generate producer prospect referrals from existing fund producers
Maintain effective and ongoing communication with internal teams and departments
Solicit feedback from managers and wholesalers
Take and input literature orders
Maintain management software
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Series 7, state securities agent registration (S63 or S66) and state IAR registration (S65 or S66) or the ability to obtain within a defined period of time
Must have a valid work authorization in the United States and not require visa sponsorship
