Analyze, classify and validate eligible expenditures for the calculation of tax incentives for innovation;
Build financial scenarios, benefit simulations and economic impact analyses;
Prepare and review financial and technical reports and accountings for regulatory bodies;
Consolidate, critically analyze and interpret accounting and financial information;
Gather and structure financial data for tax incentive projects, funding and resource mobilization for innovation, supporting companies across different sectors;
Monitor national economic and financial indicators to inform analyses and strategic recommendations;
Contribute to internal studies and develop knowledge about innovation from an economic and financial perspective;
Track and analyze current tax and accounting regulations, assessing impacts for clients;
Produce executive presentations and consultative reports for clients;
Support strategic and operational management of tax incentives, including programs such as the Lei do Bem and the Informatics Law (Lei de Informática).
Requirements
Analytical professional with a strong financial mindset, consultative approach, data orientation and focus on value creation through tax incentives, innovation and financial intelligence.
Bachelor's degree completed at least 5 years ago in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Controllership or Accounting;
Postgraduate degree preferred in Finance, Controllership, Tax Law or related areas;
Prior experience in consulting, preferably in financial, tax, accounting or innovation-related areas;
Knowledge of and experience with innovation incentive mechanisms;
Strong command of data analysis and analytical tools, notably: advanced Excel (modeling, simulations, dashboards); Power BI / Business Intelligence tools;
Solid knowledge of taxation, fiscal matters and accounting, with the ability to navigate financial data, legal regulations and strategic recommendations.
