Responsible for monitoring well operations and providing drilling engineering support during execution
Focus on delivering improvements in safety and performance by sharing best practices
Identify and remove drilling inefficiencies and performance barriers
Build strong, collaborative working relationships across teams
Conduct oversight and support to engineering deliverables
Participate in emergency response support and key engineering calculations such as well control response materials

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline
Experience in well engineering or drilling operations
Strong problem solving, analytical, teamwork, and communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and risk management
Solid operational experience in drilling or well activities
Experience with engineering software such as torque and drag modelling, stuck pipe analysis, hydraulics modelling, and directional drilling tools
