Connect business strategy to technology execution
Develop and maintain the enterprise digital strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Build global architectural standards and capabilities
Own and maintain a global technology roadmap
Lead the creation and evolution of enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and principles
Govern architecture decisions
Chair the Castrol digital design authority
Own the digital portfolio
Manage key digital vendors
Define and implement Castrol’s data strategy

Extensive experience in global enterprise and solution architecture (or related field)
Relevant architecture accreditation/certification (e.g. TOGAF)
Solid grounding in cloud platforms (Azure), microservices and APIs, data architecture (EDW, data mesh, analytics), security architecture principles
Deep experience in advanced analytics and AI
Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture tools and frameworks (e.g. capability models)
Proven ownership of multi-year, enterprise-wide architecture strategy within a global, multi-site business
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Fluency in English, with excellent written communication skills.
