Project follow-up from receipt of equipment orders through on-site commissioning
Support the sales team with technical product presentations and project pre-sales
Complete technical documentation for tender responses
Perform project sizing/dimensioning
Advise customers in selecting the technical solution for projects in accordance with the technical requirements of the specifications
Take ownership of projects from order receipt through delivery and commissioning
Coordinate with headquarters for the manufacturing of equipment to meet specifications and delivery deadlines
Define and procure the resources required for projects (procurement of equipment and services needed for execution)
Ensure end-to-end project tracking until commissioning (scheduling, progress, customer requirements, assistance at equipment FAT, equipment delivery, deliverables, billing milestones, technical support for the client and commissioning team, financial tracking of the project)
Convey the requirements of the French market to the R&D department based at our headquarters in Spain
Requirements
Proven experience in project management and technical knowledge in electrical power or electrotechnics
Engineering school background or university education (Master’s level) specialized in electrical power or electrotechnics
Ability to analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
Project management from pre-sales through execution
Excellent meeting facilitation, verbal communication and professional writing skills
Ability to handle stress and work effectively under tight deadlines
Strong attention to quality, rigor and professional integrity
Good interpersonal skills, team spirit and open-mindedness
Ability to collaborate within a team while demonstrating autonomy in task execution
Adherence to deadlines, work instructions and internal procedures

Excellent knowledge of low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) electrical systems
Good knowledge of PV and BESS sectors, photovoltaic installations and battery energy storage systems (BESS)
Solid fundamentals in power electronics (converters, inverters, control systems)
Knowledge of current electrical standards and regulations (NF C 15-100, NF C 13-200, UTE C 15-712-1, IEC standards, etc.)
Good command of professional English; knowledge of Spanish is an asset
Proficiency with office tools, notably Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Proficient in project management methods and tools
Knowledge of electrical safety standards and risk prevention procedures
Awareness of quality initiatives, continuous improvement processes and compliance with standards
Good understanding of functional environments related to industrial and energy projects
Familiarity with technical architectures of electrical, photovoltaic and energy storage systems
Basic legal and contractual knowledge applied to technical projects and industrial contracting
