Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication and relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz products in front of in-store employees
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
Carry out in-store visits and capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Order products via iPad Tablet for shelf and display management
Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales and displays and support new product launches
Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and can work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles from primary location: Stamford, CT
