Maintain and organize data in HubSpot (lists, contacts, campaign assets etc)
Support campaign setup from an operational perspective (uploading lists, structuring data, basic checks)
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across marketing activities
Work in Salesforce to:
o Review and qualify inbound leads
o Clean and update records (duplicates, missing fields, inconsistencies)
o Support lead routing and proper data structure
o Assist with campaign and lead tracking
Ensure alignment and data consistency between HubSpot and Salesforce
Requirements
Initial hands-on experience with HubSpot (internship, coursework, or projects)
Familiarity with Salesforce (comfortable navigating and updating records)
Strong attention to detail and structured way of working
Interest in marketing operations, CRM systems, and data quality
Ability to execute tasks independently once briefed
Exposure to B2B marketing environments
Basic understanding of lead management processes
French language skills are a plus
