Deliver final video files in the correct format for each platform
Manage, backup, and organize all video files effectively
Stay up-to-date with YouTube's policies, emerging trends, and best practices
Continually find ways to improve and streamline the editing process to meet client needs
Requirements
Love for YouTube, and video
1-2 years of professional video editing experience, ideally within the YouTube space
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects or Davinci Resolve. (Whatever you feel most confortable with)
Excellent storytelling skills with an understanding of pacing and narrative structure
Knowledge of SEO strategies for YouTube and an understanding of its policies
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics
Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet tight deadlines
Proven ability to adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent style
A portfolio or reel showcasing your editing abilities is required
Fluent in English is a must-have (every other language is a plus)
