About this role
Role Overview
- Gather requirements from different stakeholders on a regular basis and work with them to translate them into technical tasks
- Ensure timely communication and course correction for all tasks
- Be the point of contact for your workstreams
- Explain technical Machine learning & AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Create Power BI dashboards and bespoke reports
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis for business performance
- Detect patterns & generate insights for specific business use cases
- Perform various optimization of the price points
- Implement various simulation Tech to create a pricing simulation engine
Requirements
- 3+ years in Power BI, SQL & Data Analysis with preferred experience in Python & Databricks
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Databricks, Machine Learning and Retail business
- Good to have experience with stakeholder management & understanding of Retail KPIs
- Knowledge of Generative AI (how to use)
- Prompt Engineering and basic knowledge of agentic AI
- Very strong knowledge of ML, regression, Clustering analysis and other predictive techniques
- Hands on with Web-scraping tech
- Very strong knowledge of statistical analysis and Price Elasticity
