Role Overview
- Analyze and evaluate banking functional requirements for bank IT systems
- Prepare detailed functional specifications and documentation
- Independently analyze and align functional requirements directly with the client, relevant Product Owners and the software development team
- Create user stories
- Perform feature testing as part of sprint reviews and acceptance tests
Requirements
- Several years of experience in software development projects
- Domain knowledge of banking, ideally in SEPA/payments
- Experience in agile projects using Scrum, including creating user stories and functional specifications
- Experience designing test cases and executing tests
- Experience with tools such as MS Office, Confluence, Jira
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal competence
- Strong analytical thinking and methodological competence
