Conducting technical analysis of projects received from the sales and marketing teams, and perform system design using AutoCAD, Logical and similar software.
Carring out static analysis and calculations to determine appropriate aluminum profile selections.
Analyzing customer needs and offer customized system solutions; take part in the preparation of technical proposals.
Accurately entering project details into the CRM system and monitor project progress digitally.
Maintaining post-purchase customer relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Responding to technical support requests from internal and external customers (dealers, end users, business partners) via phone, email, or on-site visits.
Informing and coordinating with the sales departments for large-scale projects.
Providing technical support on-site (construction areas) when necessary and offer practical solutions.
Ensuring that technical documentation, drawings, and details are up-to-date and easily accessible.

Knowledge of architectural systems and design principles
Preferred work experience in a company within the industry and/or in sales-oriented organizations
Experience in a structured corporate sales department is considered an asset
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
Excellent command of AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and MS Office applications
