About this role
Role Overview
- Applies advanced revenue cycle knowledge to resolve highly complex revenue and claims issues
- Researches observed patterns and trends
- Provides analysis/recommendations from findings
- Supports projects through deep dives and/or early project management skills
- Manages and executes clinic outreach and follow up on missing documentation requirements
- Completes time sensitive data entry, root cause analysis, trending and data querying
- Summarizes findings to share with leadership
- Develops and performs action plans or process improvements
- Executes MFD (More Frequent Dialysis) projects
- Meets with business partners and impacted teams to maintain relationships and provide high level updates on initiatives.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/Equivalency – Required
- 1-2 years of HIM/Revenue Cycle experience
- Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field – Highly Preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications – Required
- Experience with data analysis and/or process innovation – Required
