As a Data Analyst specializing in the transaction experience area, you will provide insights, analysis, and data products to optimize payments, financing, and compliance.
Your projects may include tracking payment costs, improving payment performance, assessing default risk, automating finance operations, and enhancing compliance through dashboards and automation.
You will play a key role in driving efficiency and supporting the finance team with reporting and analysis.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in a quantitative or engineering discipline.
Experience: 2+ years as a Data Analyst, working with complex data layers in fast-paced product environments.
Business & Product Acumen: Ability to deeply understand user pain points and connect operational data patterns directly to broader product performance metrics.
Full-stack data analyst: Strong SQL skills, experience with ETLs, familiarity with data modeling tools such as dbt, and the ability to write simple Python scripts. Comfortable using data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Metabase, Tableau).
AI & Automation Mindset: Passionate about scaling impact through AI and automation tools to build smart agents and efficient data workflows.
Languages: Fluent in English.
