Role Overview

• Operational and disciplinary leadership of a team in line with qualitative and quantitative project targets
• Regular employee discussions on technical, organizational and performance-related topics
• Planning and conducting team meetings
• Monitoring, quality assurance and coaching of staff
• Active contribution to the design and optimization of project processes

Requirements

• Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
• Leadership experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong judgment, decision-making ability and assertiveness
• Structured, performance

• High self-motivation, strong commitment and ability to work independently
