Provides a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding, and servicing commercial lines accounts
Assists with certificates of insurance, policy changes, gathering renewal information, preparing client presentations, general account assistance, and other special projects
Required to meet daily production standards, goals and service commitments
Responds to policy inquiries via phone and email
Participates in the renewal preparation process, including generating renewal updates on accounts
Prepares quotes and proposals
Maintains accurate and organized account files by documenting conversations with clients and carrier representatives
Requirements
High School / GED
1-2 years insurance industry experience or equivalent combination of education & experience
Property & Causality License required
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
