About this role
Role Overview
- Assists the Account Service Team in the Commercial Lines Department with account-management functions
- Provides professional, courteous service to clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues
- Manages complex risk and exposures
- Supports Producers and other support staff in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business
- Acts as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve escalated complex service issues
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- 5+ years account management experience (brokerage preferred) or equivalent combination of education & experience
- Property & Causality License
