Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for a portfolio of internal audit clients
Plan, manage and deliver risk based internal audits.
Lead internal audit engagements from planning through to reporting
Present audit findings and opinions to senior management and Audit Committees
Review audit files and reports, ensuring consistent quality and clear value
Supervise and support auditors during audit work, providing coaching and development
Contribute to business development activity, including tenders and client meetings
Work closely with senior leaders within the Risk & Assurance team to develop your management capability

Requirements
Have at least three years’ internal audit experience, ideally within the not‑for‑profit, education, social housing, NHS or outsourced internal audit environment
Have experience of leading internal audit assignments and supervising other auditors
Hold, or be working towards, CMIIA, or be ACA / ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience
Be confident presenting audit findings and engaging constructively with clients
Be analytical, organised and comfortable managing multiple assignments
Be prepared to travel to client sites across London and the South East with access to your own transportation when needed
