Role Overview

• Ensure members’ needs are achieved by conducting a thorough financial assessment.
• Recommend the most appropriate products and services fulfilling the member’s financial goals.
• Assist in generating leads and maintaining existing member relationships.
• Provide a great member experience through effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Gather information and analyze facts to educate members on appropriate products/services.
• Conduct member financial transactions, including processing and closing consumer loan products.
• Exhibit a desire for continuous education to better serve members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Some college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous experience in the financial industry or related field or a combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual Spanish Required.
