Own and Administer Snowflake: Manage the end-to-end Snowflake environment, including performance tuning, RBAC security modeling, cost optimization, user permissions, and compute management.
Architect dbt Foundations: Lead the development of our dbt project, establishing standards for modeling, testing, documentation, and CI/CD pipelines.
Bridge Global Teams: Act as the primary technical point of contact between North American leadership and India-based resources, ensuring seamless requirement translation and project execution across time zones.
Operationalize AI: Integrate AI-assisted development (Claude Code, LLMs) into the workflow to automate boilerplate tasks and accelerate time-to-value for new data products.
Transform GTM Data: Replace and enhance the 'Warehouse-First' models, centralizing data from Salesforce, product usage, and marketing tools into a unified, clean source of truth.
Ensure Data Integrity: Establish and own data quality monitoring, observability, and alerting frameworks to ensure business-critical dashboards remain reliable and accurate.
