- Directly manage and support the Quality and H&S Personnel
- Engage and communicate with staff at all levels
- Drive safety initiatives and campaigns
- Prepare regular safety reports for senior management
Requirements
- Set and implement overarching QSHE policies
- Health & safety expertise
- Develop and maintain robust safety management systems
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
- Manage the QSHE competency within the sites
- Provide safety training and education programs
- Support relevant audits (ISO, BRC, Customer)
