Build partnerships in this area with external experts (EEs) to promote advocacy and scientific exchange
Train and educate the scientific community and internal Teva functions (sales representatives, marketing and other commercial functions, market access, key account management)
Support medical activities for Teva medicines
Establish close collaboration with MAs (Medical Advisors) and work within cross-functional teams
Participate in internal and external medical/scientific projects and initiatives
Coordinate and lead own projects
Provide medical support in collaboration with medical advisors, including analysis of current medical and scientific information on products and therapeutic areas
Requirements
Completed Master's degree or PhD in Medicine, Pharmacy or another natural science
Medical expertise in the therapeutic area (Psychiatry) as well as insights into the pharmaceutical market and business, including the healthcare system and guidelines relevant to the pharmaceutical industry
Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, ability to influence and negotiate with external experts, and strong personal integrity and customer focus
Initial experience as an MSL, or alternatively several years of field sales experience
Excellent communication skills in English and German and the ability to coach and mentor colleagues
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
