Provide personalized member/client service and experience to clients with complex needs
Be attentive to the needs of members and clients and propose personalized and effective solutions that meet their needs and expectations
Identify business opportunities and provide tailored advice to support optimal business development
Work with the advisor to manage member and client files: open accounts, prepare meetings, and follow up on member and client requests
Ensure the execution of all member and client banking account operations
Proactively inform members and clients about our digital solutions and enable them to interact with Desjardins using their preferred method
Assist in managing the advisor's schedule and emails
Acquire and maintain a strong knowledge and understanding of Desjardins products and services and competitors' offerings

Attestation of Collegial Studies (college diploma)
Minimum of three years of relevant experience
Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
Knowledge of French is required
Ability to interpret financial documents used in wealth management
Experience integrating financial data into systems
Familiarity with compliance requirements for the distribution of financial products and services
Good understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of a financial services cooperative
Operational knowledge of financing and investment procedures
Operational knowledge of convenience services and products as well as automated and assisted transactions
Operational procedures for account openings, cross-selling complementary products and services, and AccordD financing-related processes
Familiarity with Desjardins business processes (e.g., sales, solicitation and negotiation processes)
