Financial Analyst, Collections

Role Overview

• Provide customer service by seeking alternatives to resolve issues related to their contract
• Monitor overdue payments and carry out collection activities
• Manage the portfolio of clients under your responsibility and handle incidents
• Analyze data and prepare reports
• Manage the disbursement/transfer of real estate financing
• Monitor financing processes with credit advisory firms and lending banks
• Record collection history in the CRM platform and note rescheduling of payment flows in SAP
• Interface with other company departments and external partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, Economics or related fields
• Advanced Excel
• Proficiency in Power BI
• Knowledge of financial mathematics
• Experience in negotiation and client communication
• Knowledge of the Housing Finance System (SFH) and the real estate sector (advantage)
• Experience with CRM systems and SAP (advantage)
