Able to seamlessly move between print and digital design, delivering high-quality, production-ready assets that meet both technical requirements and brand standards.
Strong print and POP experience, including designing brochures, flyers/inserts, welcome kits, packaging, and retail or kiosk materials, with a solid understanding of how these assets translate into physical environments.
Strong understanding of print production (bleed, dielines, color systems) with the ability to prepare production-ready files and collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate execution of materials, finishes, and colors in fast-paced environments.
Work independently to manage your own workflow, execute assigned tasks, and maintain high-quality output without requiring close supervision.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design Leads, and other team members, effectively integrating feedback to improve deliverables.
Stay informed on design trends, tools, and best practices, refining techniques to continuously improve creative outcomes.
Use AI-powered tools and visualization techniques to quickly prototype and explore packaging directions
Develop visual presentations that help communicate product concepts to internal teams and stakeholders
Requirements
7+ years of experience in graphic design across digital and print, with proven seniority and ownership of brand asset development and production
Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
Strong sense of ownership and accountability over projects
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Good level of English
