Create a high-performance team culture (ramping up new hires, meeting client deadlines, ensuring accounting firm satisfaction…)
Operations and oversight:
Track the team’s key KPIs and evolve them according to the team’s mission
Manage the migration project pipeline: prioritization, resource allocation, deadlines
Ensure service quality and client satisfaction
Handle escalations and complex situations
Proactively propose improvements to Ops teams to optimize our processes (Salesforce, migration journey, managed migration workflows…)
Experience in an accounting firm, ideally with prior migration projects
Team management experience in a high-demand, project-delivery environment
Ability to build and monitor production KPIs
Methodical and structured mindset with strong attention to meeting deadlines
English level A2 (basic)
Leadership: ability to engage and develop the team’s skills (through constructive feedback, managing tense moments, etc.)
Client relations: excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented with a strong client satisfaction mindset
Cross-functional communication: ability to work across Product, PSA, Project Managers and Sales teams
