You are the primary point of contact for our clients – from inquiry to booking.
You convince HR and marketing decision-makers at companies of all sizes about our concept.
You build and continually develop an active network of event agencies, venues and partners.
You proactively approach new target groups and develop creative ways to generate reach.
You also contribute to digital initiatives – for example, helping to create sales materials or manage campaigns.
Additionally, you will occasionally be on-site at events, client meetings or trade shows – because in-person experience and representation are an important part of our customer care.
Requirements
Initial to several years of sales experience – ideally in events, agencies or service industries.
You can inspire people, think in a solution-oriented way and have a knack for communicating on equal terms.
You work in a structured, self-organized and entrepreneurial manner.
You are willing to travel – for client meetings, events or industry functions.
Digital marketing know-how is a plus – e.g. in email, CRM, social or performance.
You are excited to actively help shape a growing format.
