Role Overview
- Analyze, process and resolve incidents and service requests in the end-user environment
- Support global support teams with infrastructure and application issues
- Ensure stable operation of all local infrastructure components (clients, mobile devices, peripherals, applications)
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
- Maintain site-specific IT documentation within own area of responsibility
- Participate in local support
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT
- Initial experience in IT infrastructure and support
- Knowledge of the Windows environment and understanding of network and server environments
- Good German and English skills
- Communicative personality
- Willingness to learn
