Collaborate on M&A and financing mandates in the renewable energy sector across Europe – from analysis through to closing
Financial modeling and valuation of companies and projects (integrated models, sensitivities, scenarios)
Preparation of teasers, information memoranda and decision papers for investors and lenders
Review and analysis of transaction, financing and due diligence documentation
Market and company analysis and direct collaboration with experienced deal leads and clients on live transactions

Completed degree or near completion
Initial relevant internships or work experience in M&A, corporate finance or financial modelling
2–3 years of relevant professional experience in M&A, corporate finance or project finance (for Associate level)
Ideally, first experience handling independent work packages within transactions
Experience in renewable energy is a plus
Strong financial modelling skills; programming skills advantageous
Excellent analytical skills, numerical aptitude and a structured, precise working style
Fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
