Support and coordinate many small to medium-sized IT projects across all phases
Work closely with the support team to handle client issues efficiently, proactively and with a solutions focus
Coordinate between clients, internal teams and relevant departments
Ensure smooth project execution regarding schedules, scope, resources and quality
Prioritize and track tasks, open issues and requirements
Maintain client relationships in day-to-day operations
Requirements
Relevant degree or training: Computer Science, Mediamatics (media informatics), Business Administration with further education in project management, or a comparable background
Several years of experience managing digital IT projects and/or in support, ideally in an agency environment
Skilled in proposal development, costing/budgeting, negotiation and financial project management
Enjoy working with clients and have a good sense of their needs
Knowledge of agile project management methods (Kanban, Scrum, Design Thinking) and confidence using common project management tools
High self-initiative, reliability and a strong commitment to quality and consultancy
