Support Tier 1 Event Execution: Act as a dedicated operational partner to Global Events Managers by supporting the execution of global events and sponsorship marketing strategy.
Own Program Operations: Manage program timelines, tasks, and documentation to ensure smooth campaign and program execution.
Coordinate with MarOps to support local campaigns, List clean-up and upload, event follow-up, and lead handoff.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with the broader marketing organization, including: PR, field marketing managers, demand generation, and marketing operations teams to support regional strategy.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and execution efficiency.
Communications: Share insights and actions across the team, maintain an accurate master calendar aligned to the GTM plan, support the team in managing in-booth content and manage team newsletter.
Marketing Operations: Manage the operational aspects of the Tier 1 event schedule, serve as the team liaison with the marketing operations team, and coordinate the creation and deployment of all pre-event and post-event briefings.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing assistant, sales development representative or similar roles.
You are a master of organization and multitasking with a sharp eye for detail.
You are comfortable with, or eager to learn, tools like Asana, Salesforce, Excel, Smartsheet, Tableau
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required. Additional languages are a plus.
You are a proactive, motivated team player who is always ready to help and find solutions.
Willingness to travel up to 10-20%
Bachelor's degree (marketing preferred) or equivalent.
