Role Overview
- Support Pharmacists and patients
- Accomplish programs developed to improve health outcomes
- Assist members with financial assistance resources
- Make and take inbound calls to Humana members
- Collect medication history information
- Prepare members for comprehensive medication reviews
Requirements
- Resident State Pharmacy Technician License OR National Pharmacy Technician Certification
- Speak both English and Spanish fluently
- Applied knowledge of insurance processing, customer service or call center processes and practices
- Must have a designated work area with a door that locks
