Manage the full accounts receivable cycle for e-commerce and in-store sales (based in São Paulo and Curitiba);
Oversee financial reconciliation between sales systems, acquirers/payment processors, banks, and ERP;
Monitor and implement fraud prevention strategies and risk monitoring, especially for digital transactions;
Lead and develop the team, promoting high performance and collaboration;
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) and audit standards;
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as receivables aging, chargeback rate, average collection time, and reconciliation accuracy, among others;
Responsible for financial management of e-commerce and physical sales (cash flow projections);
Monitor the area’s projects and activities;
Perform financial analyses;
Manage relationships with financial institutions and acquirers/payment processors;
Prepare financial reports and present reports to the board/directors;
Drive continuous improvement through automation, technology, and process review;
Support internal and external audits;
Monitor the department budget;
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field;
Experience in people management;
Experience managing accounts receivable;
Strong technical knowledge in accounting, financial mathematics, corporate finance, budgeting, and financial modeling;
Willingness to travel frequently;
Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential);
Advanced Power BI;
Experience monitoring PCLD/PDD (Provisions for Credit Losses / Allowance for Doubtful Accounts);
Experience managing accounts receivable for companies with e-commerce operations;
