build solutions and workflows, user interfaces
support and maintain existing applications
participate in all phases of required implementations, including installation, configuration, customization, integration, and data migration

Bachelor’s degree or higher, or Master’s degree with emphasis in relevant technical field
minimum of three years of relevant technical experience
Experience with Salesforce – Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and/or Experience Cloud
specific industry software tools experience: APEX including Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components
RPA/Intelligent Automation experience
Reporting and analytics experience with Tableau, Discern Visual, Cognos, and Power BI
Industry recognized certifications
