Lead the strategy and evolution of the proposal simulation and tracking journey in the assisted channel, considering different service profiles (manager, consultant, specialist).
Define and prioritize the product roadmap with a focus on reducing operational friction, providing clearer guidance for agents, and better orientation for the end customer.
Translate business, operations and customer service needs into clear product requirements, ensuring alignment with technology, design, data, credit, risk and legal teams.
Define and monitor success KPIs for assisted simulation, such as completion rate, simulation quality, operational rework, conversion to proposal and average handling time.
Run experiments and drive continuous improvements in the simulation and proposal tracking experience, validating hypotheses with quantitative data and qualitative feedback from the channel.
Serve as the product reference for stakeholders, ensuring governance, consistency of business rules and clear communication of decisions.
Identify opportunities for automation, simplification and decision support for the agent, maintaining the balance between self-service and human assistance.

Previous experience as a Product Manager in complex journeys, preferably involving assisted channels, operations and/or financial products.
Experience working in agile environments with multidisciplinary squads.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and coordinate decisions across areas with differing objectives.
Knowledge of data analysis and product metrics (e.g., simulation funnel, conversion, operational efficiency).
Experience with agile project/product methodologies, banking products, project management and creating presentations.
