Provide service to a portfolio of high-complexity clients via in-person, telephone and/or digital channels, ensuring each client is served according to their needs in an agile and accurate manner.
Deliver customer support with attentive treatment grounded in dialogue and understanding of needs, in order to clarify doubts and provide the necessary information regarding coverage processes for insurable and non-insurable benefits.
Support clients with reimbursement requests and/or preliminary reimbursement/pre-authorization, through in-person, telephone and/or digital channels, to ensure effective reimbursement of expenses incurred for care received outside the accredited network.
Perform the necessary procedures to conduct market studies by collecting the data and information required to complete quotation forms, with the aim of identifying the best terms and options for the client within the renewal timeframe.
Prepare reports and/or presentations with claims indicators by organizing data, information and quantitative and qualitative analyses, to provide clients with the results of their policy.
Identify improvement opportunities through mappings performed during process execution, application of procedures and workflows, with the purpose of suggesting actions that enable continuous improvement in customer service.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Experience in the insurance area with health and dental products and knowledge of the current ANS regulations (Brazilian National Supplementary Health Agency)
