About this role
Role Overview
- Develop and optimize PHP-based web applications in the areas of online marketing and eCommerce
- Ensure the quality and maintainability of our software
- Collaborate with our team to implement data-driven strategies and performance optimizations
- Integrate and further develop our affiliate marketing platform, Whotrax
- Support the design and implementation of innovative projects and digital solutions
- Mentor and support junior developers on the team to help grow their skills
Requirements
- Several years of experience in PHP development, ideally with Symfony or Laravel
- Experience with HTML and JavaScript frameworks
- Knowledge of database design and optimization, particularly MySQL
- Experience with API development and integration (REST)
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix
- Business-fluent German language skills
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
- (Optional) Experience developing apps/plugins for the following eCommerce platforms: Shopify, OXID, JTL Shop, Shopware, or Magento
