Serve as the strategic and operational leader for the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).
Establish, mature, and continuously improve project, program, and portfolio management capabilities.
Direct the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention of a high-performing project delivery team.
Develop and manage the EPMO operating and capital budgets ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities.
Communicate a unified enterprise vision for project management aligned to organizational goals.
Participate and may lead enterprise governance bodies for investment decisions and risk mitigation.
Monitor KPI dashboards and performance indicators for project outcomes and value realization.
Collaborate with internal teams to advance enterprise strategy and optimize project delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent level of education and experience
Expert-level working knowledge of principles, practices, and operations in assigned or related area of responsibility
Minimum of 10 years of education and experience
Minimum of five years of progressively responsible managerial experience leading a project management team
Minimum of two years management level experience within a healthcare system setting or large multi-operational, complex corporate environment.
Advanced certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or Prosci Change Management certification are highly desirable
