Develop and refresh marketing and sales enablement content
Draft, edit, and optimize content from briefs and insights
Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to gather inputs
Coordinate with designers/multimedia teams and manage reviews
Promote adoption of content systems and tools
Co-manage the firm's library of proposal content and marketing collateral
Use content management systems and taxonomies
Use proposal management/automation tools to build customized templates
Apply editorial judgment to ensure quality, accuracy, consistency, usability, and alignment with brand and style standards
Maintain public accountings professional standards and client confidentiality
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, professional writing, journalism, English, or a similar discipline
Minimum of three years of increasing responsibility and demonstrated experience with marketing content, copywriting, and/or business writing in complex or technical subject areas
Experience with the development of proposals or pitches in a professional services or corporate environment a plus
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels throughout the creative process
Demonstrated writing, editing, content management, project management, and design skills with a strong attention to detail
Exceptional communication, organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
