provide support on matters relating to the board of directors and senior management
legal counsel on a diverse range of matters related to day-to-day operations

5+ years of corporate and securities law experience
substantial hands-on experience advising public companies on SEC reporting and disclosure obligations
detail-oriented, business-minded attorney
bachelor's degree
Juris Doctor Degree
admission in good standing to one of the Massachusetts, Connecticut, and/or New Hampshire Bar and Federal Bars preferred
