Develop and maintain strong relationships with ACIST Medical Systems customers by providing quality technical support of the company’s electro-mechanical devices
Provide preventive maintenance, emergency field service and installation of ACIST products within a specified geographical area
Respond to all customer requests for service by establishing cause of equipment failure and performing repairs
Replace parts needed to correct malfunction and perform proper tests to ensure operation of the equipment after repair
Respond to requests for emergency service as required
Assist with or perform the installation of proprietary injector systems at customer locations as requested
Prepare detailed service and failure records for work performed and enter all information into the ACIST service tracking database
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through knowledge of injector systems and the use of verbal and listening communication skills
Maintain tools and test equipment in accordance with Company policy
Provide assistance, as needed, to home-office Customer Support, the Service Project Engineer or other Field Service Team members
Requirements
Minimum Associates degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronic Technology, BioMed, or combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
1+ years experience in service, troubleshooting, analyzing and formulating solutions of electro-mechanical equipment
Strong verbal, interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service orientation
Excellent analytical skills, especially in problem solving
Electro-mechanical and hand-tool skills
Knowledge on the use of measurement equipment (i.e. Digital Multi Meter, caliper, micrometer)
Working knowledge of analog and digital electronics
Workload management and planning; attention to detail
Computer experience: PC, Microsoft Office and database applications
Familiarity with ISO, FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) and Quality Systems
Demonstrated ability to follow manufacturing processes directions and drawings to mechanically assemble components
