Act in B2B customer service, maintaining and growing a B2B client portfolio and closing new business through consultative selling;
Present Vivo's portfolio of solutions and serve customers via digital channels (inside sales);
Sell Mobile and Fixed Telephony products, IT solutions, advanced technology and value-added services;
Monitor channel and portfolio indicators, analyze data and execute commercial actions to meet and exceed targets;
Monitor the sales pipeline, identifying blockers, backlogs and pending issues that may impact deal closures;
Prepare and track daily sales reports;
Resolve critical situations through regular contact with customers and internal areas.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office to support commercial routines, controls and day-to-day analyses;
Commercial profile, driven to get things done, results-oriented, with a consultative approach and active listening to understand the customer's real needs;
Entrepreneurial mindset with an ownership mentality, sense of responsibility for your portfolio and commitment to delivery;
Affinity with digital, interest in technology and innovation, with ease to learn and work with software and systems;
Organization, planning and discipline, able to prioritize tasks, act with a sense of urgency and complete daily demands;
Curiosity and willingness to learn, questioning the status quo, proposing improvements and seeking new solutions;
Resilience to deal with daily commercial challenges, learn from difficulties and turn obstacles into growth;

Previous experience selling Telecom products is desirable: Mobile, Fixed Telephony, IT solutions, advanced technology and value-added services — a plus;
