Leading and managing technical development projects with responsibility for scope, time, cost and quality
Ensuring robust technology and architecture decisions in line with product and market requirements
Driving requirements management, risk management and technical decision-making
Working closely with overall project managers, R&D line managers, and other internal and external stakeholders
Following up project results from both technical and financial perspectives
Contributing strategically to the development and improvement of R&D processes and ways of working
Requirements
A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or Mechatronics
At least 10 years of experience in product development in an industrial environment
Solid experience in technical project management or leading roles in complex development projects
Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams
Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Experience in system architecture and system requirements, battery-powered products, high-volume production, mechanical CAD (preferably CATIA V5), and working in global development and supplier networks is considered a strong merit.
