The assembly, installation, commissioning, and monitoring of new IT equipment and systems.
On-site or remote intervention on employees’ equipment to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Hardware maintenance, including performing regular updates on employees’ workstations.
Ensuring the security of the company’s networks and data.
Implementing IT solutions to provide employees with the necessary resources to perform their tasks, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Training staff members following the installation of new equipment and raising awareness about best practices for maintaining IT hardware.
Identifying equipment obsolescence and providing reports to management to support partial or full renewal of the IT infrastructure.
Monitoring and managing IT inventory and stock levels.
Requirements
A degree in IT, computer science, or a related field (Bac+2 or higher) is appreciated, but equivalent experience or a strong interest in IT environments will also be considered.
2-3 years of experience in a similar position is a plus
Advanced proficiency in English
