Hands-on architecture: Design and implement end-to-end architectures, from raw ingestion to layered analytics consumption.
Engineering excellence: Implement development standards (CI/CD, version control, testing) that serve as a model for other team members.
Security and compliance: Architect the environment ensuring encryption, data masking (LGPD) and granular access control.
Extreme optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks in queries and pipelines that others have not been able to solve, aiming to reduce latency and costs.
Infrastructure automation: Treat data infrastructure as code (IaC), ensuring reproducible and stable environments.
Ensure best practices for performance, security, and scalability.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders.
Participate in meetings and presentations in English (advanced level).

Proven experience in data engineering/solutions.
Advanced Python (async, type hinting, performance) and SQL.
Deep knowledge of Spark or Flink (internal tuning and optimization).
Experience with Iceberg, Hudi, or Delta Lake (open table formats).
Advanced experience with dbt, Airflow, and observability tools.
Proficiency with Terraform and managed cloud services (e.g., EMR, BigQuery, Snowflake).
